Amsterdam Rental Brokers is here for owners who want to rent out their property temporary on a temporary base in the area of Amsterdam. Our clients are Expats, Dutch tenants and companies that are looking for (temporary) properties in the Netherlands. Having a convenient house to stay is important for you, but you do not want to waste time to find the perfect property. We take care of this and we will make sure you will find the property that fits your needs in the area of Amsterdam.
For ARB Expat Rentals your wishes are priority. Please share your needs in terms of i.e. rooms, space, facilities and neighborhood. If your wishes are clear we will fulfill your needs fast and efficient. We know our market, that’s why we can show you all the rental properties that are available for you at any time. You don’t need to make appointments with different brokers, this is where ARB Expat Rentals takes care of. We manage the keys, so we can visit multiple apartments within hours. If we have found the perfect stay for you, we will help you with;
- An experienced advise on neighborhood and quality of living
- Your rental contract with a check on market conformity and general terms and conditions
- The negotiations for the rental and thus reasonable rental price for your property
- Any rearrangements of previous service contracts that belong to you
Fully or partly furnished
All properties that we offer you are furnished or part furnished. A furnished property has, next to the padding, all the furnish included. Think about the lightning, kitchen equipment and bed and bathroom needs. You can also go for a part furnished property with carpeting, lighting, curtains and kitchen equipment including refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. It is up to you.
Rates of properties
The rental prices of our property starts usually starts from €1.000,- a month excluding service costs. ARB Expat Rentals mediates within the private property sector, so we cannot help you with social housing properties.
ARB Expat Rental costs
No cure, no pay. We don’t charge any registration fee. If our mediation proves successful, we charge you one month’s rent as commission. The rent for the properties that we mediate for starts at approximately €1.000,- per month. We only mediate in private sector rental properties. If you find a property that is listed on our website we charge you just € 300,- for the contract and the check-in and check-out.
